TELLER - DERBY LINE

BASIC SUMMARY:  

Provide services to customers involving financial transactions, recognize customers’ needs and suggest appropriate bank services in a friendly manner. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide account services to customers such as receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; answering questions in person or by phone.
  • Complete customer requests by opening and closing accounts; issuing debit cards and gift cards; taking orders for checks; exchanging foreign currencies; providing special statements, copies, and referrals; completing safe-deposit box procedures.
  • Competently perform day-to-day customer transactions accurately and may perform other duties such as ATM balancing, vault cash and other teller responsibilities. 
  • Cross-sell bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to the proper department.
  • Comply with Code of Ethics standards and all applicable bank compliance laws and regulations.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

The hourly range for this position is $17.35 to $26.02.

OFFICE SUPERVISOR - MONTPELIER OFFICE

BASIC SUMMARY:  

The Office Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned branch.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of assigned branch office.
  • Ensure quality customer service.
  • Actively engage with business development and civic initiatives with contact throughout the community, including existing and prospective clients to determine the potential relationship opportunities and achieve desired growth and retention.
  • Delegate distribution of office workload among personnel to ensure customer service standards are met. 
  • Responsible for security and maintenance oversight of the branch office.  
  • Provide service to customers and prospective customers seeking new accounts and consumer loans. 
  • Responsible for personnel management activities such as: scheduling, personnel actions (hiring, promotions, transfers, etc.), training and development, providing regular direction and feedback on performance, disciplinary actions and preparing and delivering annual performance and salary reviews.
  • Comply with Code of Ethics standards and all applicable bank compliance laws and regulations.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000
