In 2025, Community National Bank implemented a program called "Deliver WOW". This program is designed to allow CNB employees to nominate and recognize their peers for following the standards of service in which the bank expects all employees to aspire when delivering customer service to internal and external customers.

  • Love what you do
  • Play well with others
  • Play by the rules
  • Share what you know
  • Be a good example
  • Lend a helping hand
  • Be adventurous and creative
  • Listen more than you talk
  • Do what you say you're going to do
  • Smile-it's free
  • Give back

To honor each WOW recipient, the bank makes a donation to a nonprofit organization chosen by the employee.

Emily consistently embodies every one of our WOW values with grace, professionalism, and a true spirit of collaboration. She loves what she does, and it shows in the energy she brings to the office each day. Whether she is tackling a tough technical issue or training teammates, Emily never hesitates to share her expertise. Her commitment to doing things the right way and following through on her word makes her a reliable cornerstone of our team.

She plays well with others, listens intently, and brings a creative mindset to problem-solving. Emily sets a positive example for everyone and is always ready to lend a helping hand, often stepping in before anyone even realizes there is a problem. Her willingness to give back in both time and insight makes her an invaluable asset to IT, and the bank at large.

In short, Emily does not merely meet expectations; she exceeds them. Her contributions are not just technical but also cultural, helping to shape a workplace where everyone feels supported and empowered. Everyone could learn something new about what it means to be an exceptional CNB staff member from Emily.
